❗ Lost or Delayed Packages
Hair Konection is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages due to carrier error, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help where we can.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery/purchase if the item is:
