All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

📫 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

Hair Konection is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages due to carrier error, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help where we can.

Return & Refund Policy

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery/purchase if the item is:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on:

Wigs, bundles, closures, frontals
Opened beauty or grooming products
Lashes, nails, brushes, tools
Final sale or clearance items

💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items
